Mixing sand granules mixed with lime, cement, and water and aluminum powder. Aluminum powder is a fuel. Hydrogen gas makes a bloating of the mixture with small sporadic air bubbles evenly.
After this phase, the semi-rigid mixture is entered into a specially designed evaporator to evaporate the water vapor at 200 ° C. After drying, the hot air is only present in the pores. No air, water or any contaminants enter at this stage.
